FIELD MENTORS
The Dual Weimaraner Program is pleased to list some of
our experienced friends who are willing to help you with field training.
These folks are often Field Trial and Hunting Test judges. Some also have
a lot of showing experience. Please contact them with any questions or possibly
you could meet them in the field to work with you and your dog.

Field trials: I've trained and run juvenile and broke dogs. I'm a FT Judge
Hunt tests: I've trained many, many Junior hunters, 5 Senior hunters, and 1
Master hunter. I'm a HT judge
NAVHDA: I've trained and run 6 Natural Ability pups, trained for UPT and UT but
have not competed at that level
Conformation: I've trained and finished 2 bred-by champions and put points on
several others. Shown a couple of dogs from
different breeds and put points on them, too

Judge for AKC hunt tests, WCA ratings tests and UFTA/BDC shoot to retrieve field
trials. Handled multiple dogs successfully in all those venues
and also in AKC field trials.
Trained in NAVHDA exercises but I've never run a dog in a test.
Shown multiple breeds in AKC, UKC, CKC and IABCA shows.
